LDC Ohio River Bridge Bus Tour

TOUR THE BRIDGES; VISIT CHURCHILL DOWNS
The Ohio River Bridges (ORB) project is winding down, and LDC members can take the opportunity to visit this dynamic project. Hop on the bus and tour ORB sites, followed by a trip to Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky. for networking and thoroughbred horse racing.

SCHEDULE
7:00 a.m. - Registration

7:30 a.m. - Bus leaves from Primo

9:30 a.m. - Arrive at ORB

9:30 – 11:30 a.m. - Tour project.
The bus will move to at least two locations -- the east end bridge and tunnel. A Walsh Construction Company II, LLC representative will conduct the tour. Participants can view the projects from several staging points on both the Indiana and Kentucky sides.

11:30 a.m. - Bus departs for Churchill Downs in Louisville

12:00 noon - Bus arrives at Churchill Downs.
Each attendee will receive a box seat ticket and a program. Milestone Contractors, L.P. will provide a concessions lunch voucher for each participant.

4:00 p.m. - Depart Churchill Downs

6:00 p.m. - Arrive at Primo

SAFETY GEAR
Please bring personal protective equipment including a hard hat, safety vest, eye protection and closed-toe shoes to tour the bridge sites.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Park on the north end of the Primo Banquet Hall & Conference Center parking lot.

REGISTRATION FEE
This program is free for members and $50 for nonmembers. Any cancellations received after Friday, September 2 and all no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions are permitted in advance and on-site.
